These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of www.thedealartgallery.online and all purchases from The Deal Art Gallery. By accessing Our Site or placing an order, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Our Site.

2. Orders and Contract Formation When you place an order, this constitutes an offer to purchase. An automated email confirms receipt but does not signify acceptance. Acceptance of your order and formation of a binding contract occurs when we send you an Order Confirmation email.

We reserve the right to reject any order for any reason. If a product becomes unavailable, we will offer a refund or alternative.

3. Product Descriptions and Pricing We take care to ensure product descriptions and prices are accurate. Images are for illustrative purposes; colour or scale may differ due to screen settings. All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change without notice.

4. Payment We accept payment by debit/credit card and PayPal. Orders are processed upon full payment.

5. Delivery We dispatch items as soon as reasonably possible, usually within 7 day after confirmation. Delays may occur during peak times or for made-to-order works.

UK deliveries: Standard charges apply

International deliveries: You are responsible for customs charges and import duties

We are not liable for delays due to events beyond our control. If you request items to be left unattended, this is at your own risk.

6. Bespoke Commissions Bespoke or personalised artwork is non-refundable unless it is faulty or not as described. Once work has started, the order cannot be cancelled. Please ensure all personalised information is accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for customer-provided errors (e.g., spelling mistakes).

Faulty bespoke items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. We will arrange return and replacement at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property All content on Our Site, including images, text, artwork, design and branding, is the intellectual property of The Deal Art Gallery and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of Our Site or purchased goods. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

9. Links to Other Sites We may provide links to external websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

10. Force Majeure We are not responsible for any delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, governmental actions, or pandemics.

11. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

12. Changes to These Terms We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on Our Site and are effective immediately. Continued use constitutes your acceptance.
